This business should be the model for all businesses. They actually care about the customer and not just the bottom line. I had a garage door panel replaced. The original trip charge to drive out and estimate the garage was reasonable, unlike other garage door companies. The final product was exactly as described, reasonably priced, and expertly installed. The installer spent extra time adjusting my door so now it operates smoother than before.

Adam really went above and in the installation of a garage door opener. This was an older home where whoever put in the garage door did not do it correctly. Adam was able to get it installed and improved the door along the way. Most impressive!!!

Michael fully check and lubricated the roller bearings and hinges on the garage door. Had to use two different torsion springs but explained that while not exactly the same their combination were designed to handle the lifting load. Michael is an excellent professional representative for your company.

We contacted *a big name garage door company and according to them, they said we needed an entire door replacement in which would cost $1080. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and contacted Garage Doors By Nestor. From the person who took my call to schedule the appointment to the repair person they were both very friendly and courteous. Chris the repair person from Garage Doors By Nestor called me and said Greg, you don’t need a new door just a replacement of a few parts. The cost for those parts and labor was to be only $139 plus one year warranty! vs. the $1080 quote from the *big name company wanting to charge us for a new door! Thank you Chris and Garage Doors By Nestor for conducting business in an honest and friendly manner. Advice to anyone looking at *a big name garage door company?
